OPP Investigate Impaired and Dangerous Driving in Mulmur

(MULMUR, ON.) On July 8^th, 2012 at approximately 8:30 p.m., members of the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a southbound grey BMW on Dufferin County Road #18 being operated in a dangerous manner. Witnesses reported that this vehicle had passed other vehicles and narrowly avoided a collision with other northbound vehicles.

Dufferin OPP stopped this motor vehicle on County Road #18 near Side Road #9 in Mulmur Twp. Police quickly identified that the male driver was operating this motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Charged with “Impaired Operation”, “Exceed 80 mgs” and “Dangerous Operation – Motor Vehicle” is Amandeep S. BABRA 27 years old from Brampton, Ontario. First appearance is July 24^th, 2012 in Orangeville court.
